What Goes On – Green Day At AsiaWorld
Thursday, 14th January, 2010 | 1 Comment »Purveyors of fine Californian punk since 1987, of late Green Day have made up for their last two hit and miss records with their blistering live shows.
The mammoth setlists have been made up of material that spans their entire career, so whether you grew up on Basket Case or American Idiot was your teen album of choice, the explosive rock show they’ll be putting on at the AsiaWorld Arena will be as memorable as the first time you heard your favourite Green Day track.
The band are kings of self reinvention and fittingly this incarnation is the only one with a sound and show big enough to fill every inch of an arena.
Saturday 16th January, 8pm, AsiaWorld Arena, $350-$750.

A good Green Day song played 19 years ago in a venue slightly smaller than AsiaWorld Arena.
And from 1994, here’s one of the finest sweaters in rock history.
